Custom & personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made items and personalized products (including items with engraving or special design requests) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

For items that are not personalized or custom-made, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if there is an issue with the merchandise (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item received).
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from the refund.
